Return Policy

At Victoria & Paul Manchester, we strive to provide our customers with a pleasant shopping experience and high-quality products. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return an item. Below you will find our return policy explained clearly and transparently.

Conditions for Returns

  • A return request can only be submitted after the product has been physically received.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs-related fees.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original labels, tags, and packaging intact.

  • Trying on an item is allowed; wearing or using the product is not permitted.

  • Returns of items that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted.

Return Process

  1. Submit your return request by emailing info@victoriapaulmanchester.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which may be located outside the United Kingdom (including China).

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any shipping, handling, or customs costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

  • After the returned item has been received and inspected, and provided it meets our return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval, using the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Liability & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Any address corrections must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
