About Victoria & Paul Manchester
I'm Victoria. My daughter Lottie works alongside me — as she has since she was a little girl.
Together we run the shop my husband Paul and I started twenty-five years ago.
Paul grew up around tailoring. He often spoke about his father’s shop — the attention to detail, the pride in craftsmanship, and the way the right piece of clothing could change how someone felt the moment they put it on.
That way of working stayed with him.
When we opened our own shop, we started small.
Savings we couldn’t really spare, long days, and a simple idea: do things properly, or don’t do them at all.
From the very beginning, we followed one rule:
Never sell something we wouldn’t wear ourselves.
That rule still guides everything we do today.
Over the years, the shop has grown — but the way we work hasn’t changed.
Every piece is still carefully chosen, handled with care, and sent out with the same attention we’ve always believed in.
Today, Lottie and I continue what we built together.
We still look at every piece the same way.
We still care about how it feels, how it fits, and how it makes you feel when you wear it.
Because to us, it’s never just clothing.
It’s something you choose, something you keep, something that becomes part of your everyday life.
Our 25th Anniversary Sale is our way of celebrating everything we’ve built over the years.
And we’re proud to keep doing things the same way we always have.
